October 20, 2026 — Procurement Governance & the Trade Agreements: You will learn about internal and trade agreement thresholds governing your procurements, what the trade agreement requirements are and how to ensure you are compliant.
November 10, 2026 — Helpful Resources & Utilizing Buying Groups: You will be provided with resources that you can use for obtaining information regarding case law, best practices and specific buying groups available to the MASH sector. You will also learn what to look for when considering participating in a Buying Group and the questions you should ask.
December 8, 2026 — Tendering Formats: Choosing the Right One: There is a full suite of tendering formats available, including RFQ, RFP, NRFP, ITT, Rosters, RFC, and RFI. You will learn what to consider when choosing a format, when to use each format and what makes each format unique. This will set your procurement up for success from the start.
January 12, 2027 — Running a Fair Evaluation Process: Evaluator Responsibilities: An evaluation process requires strict adherence to best practices to ensure they are defendable. You will learn the steps involved in the evaluation process to ensure it is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. You will also learn what the evaluator's responsibilities are and how to manage these.
February 9, 2027 — Award & Debrief Duties: The trade agreements have specific requirements when it comes to the award of a procurement and any subsequent debrief requests from suppliers. You will learn what these requirements are and how to ensure compliance.
